Summer
Squash With Onions
Ingredients
2 pounds of summer yellow squash
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Slice squash lengthwise, remove seeds and dice into1 inch pieces.
In a skillet melt butter; add squash, onions, and salt. Cover
and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring often.
