Spinach With Garlic
(serves 4)
Ingredients
1 large bunch of spinach washed, stems removed and torn into pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add spinach and sauté for a few minutes, stirring occasionally,
until leaves are wilted and bright green. Add lemon, salt and
pepper; sauté for 1 more minute.
