Green Beans
(serves 4)
Ingredients
1 pound string beans
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper
Directions
Cook beans slightly in salted boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Transfer them to ice water to cool. Drain again.
When you are ready to serve, melt
butter in a saute pan and cook the beans quickly to heat them.
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
