Mashed Potatoes
With Cream Cheese
Ingredients
3 pounds of potatoes peeled
1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
1 3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large pan, boil potatoes until tender; drain potatoes. Mash
potatoes until smooth; beat in milk, cream cheese, butter, salt
and pepper until potatoes are light and fluffy.
