Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
juice of 1 lemon
2 to 3 tablespoons melted butter
2 to 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
In a large saucepan, cook cauliflower in 1 inch of boiling water
with the juice of 1/2 of the lemon for 5 to 10 minutes or until
cauliflower is tender. To serve sprinkle the cauliflower with
remaining lemon juice and butter. Combine cheese and paprika;
sprinkle over cauliflower. Garnish with lemon wedges.
