Ingredients
1 can whole corn (drained)
1 can of creamed corn
2 eggs
1/2 cup melted butter
16 oz container of sour cream
1 package of corn muffin mix
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients
together until well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 baking dish
and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
