Cinnamon
Sweet Potatoes
(serves 8)
Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2 slices. Heat brown butter, water,
cinnamon, and salt in a large skillet over medium heat; stir constantly
until smooth and bubbly. Add potatoes and stir until potatoes
are glazed and hot.
