& Wine
Ingredients
1 pound of carrots, sliced
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 green onions, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions
In a slow cooker, place all of the ingredients and cover. Cook
on low for 4 to 6 hours.
