Easy, Easy, Easy

Putting little extra touches on things can be very easy. With a little egg white, some granulated sugar and some fresh fruit or flowers you can make the ordinary look fabulous!

To make the crystallized fruit as shown on the recipe of the week, slightly beat egg white until foamy. With a pastry brush lightly brush egg white over fruit that is room temperature. Sprinkle sugar over entire piece of fruit. Place on a wire rack to dry. Let dry for at least one hour before arranging.
