Quick
Vegetable Beef Soup
Ingredients
1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion diced
1 clove of garlic minced
6 cups frozen or canned vegetables
1- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice
2 -15 oz. cans beef broth
1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
1 bay leaf
Directions
Brown the beef in a soup kettle.
Add the onion and garlic; cook until transparent. Add everything
else. Simmer for 15 minutes. Adjust the seasoning. Serve.
