Coleslaw
Ingredients
1 large cabbage, shredded
1 green pepper, chopped finely
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
Place shredded cabbage and green pepper in a large bowl. Mix well
and chill. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise,
vinegar, sugar, salt, chili powder, pepper, and cayanne pepper;
blend well and chill for 2 hours. Pour dressing over cabbage and
toss throughly.
