Pasta Salad
Ingredients
1 pound Rotini, cooked and drained
1/3 cup red onion, chopped
1/3 green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup hard salami, chopped
1/3 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1/3 cup black olives, chopped
1/4 cup pimentos, chopped
1/3 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/3 cup of your flavor Caesar dressing
1 teaspoon oregano
Directions
In a large bowl, combine pasta, oregano, and dressing; marinate
for 45 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients; stir well. You
may need more dressing if the salad is too dry.
