Creamy Cucumber Salad With Dill
(serves 6)

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise, or salad dressing
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon 5% white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar, vinegar, dill and salt. Add cucumbers and onion; stir to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours.
