Cajun
Shrimp Salad
(serves 4)
Ingredients
1 pound boiled shrimp, deveined and cut in half
3 stalks of celery, finely diced
3 hard boiled eggs
1 tablespoon chopped sweet pickle
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
pinch of ground red pepper
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; blend well. Serve
chilled on a bed of lettuce.
