Broccoli
Raisin Cashew Salad
(serves 12 or more)
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 large bunch broccoli flowerets
1 cup white onion, chopped
2 cans mandarin oranges, rinsed and drained
1 1/2 cup soft raisins
1 cup cashew pieces
8-10 slices bacon, fried, drained, crumbled
Directions
Mix
first five ingredients; refrigerate overnight. Combine broccoli,
onion, oranges and raisins in a large bowl. Just before
serving, add cashews and bacon. Toss with dressing and serve.
