Lemon Cream
Pie
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup graham crackers
3 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 pint heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Crush graham crackers in food processor;
add butter, sugar and combine. Press into a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake for 8 minutes and cool.
In a large bowl, blend sweetened
condensed milk with lemon juice; set aside. Whip heavy cream.
Fold milk mixture into the whipped cream, blending well. Pour
into cooled pie shell and refrigerate for 2 hours.
