Ingredients
1 bag frozen chopped spinach
2 to 3 tablspoons of minced garlic
2 to 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1 large can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 lb angel hair pasta
Directions
Cook the spinach as it says on package. Put aside. In large
skillet saute the garlic in the olive oil. Then add the
spinach into the skillet with some salt and pepper. Saute
spinach for about 5 to 7 minutes making sure the spinach
gets a lot of flavor from the garlic. Then add the tomato
sauce and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Cook pasta as
directed on package. Add sauce to pasta and toss.
