Creamy
Mushroom Pasta
(serves 4)
Ingredients
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
salt
Optional:
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 cup asparagus, cut in 1/2 inch pieces Directions
Heat butter; add onion and garlic and brown. Add mushrooms
(and optional asparagus). Cook until softened. Add the cream
cheese, milk and chicken. Heat and stir until incorporated
and smooth. Add rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
