Sweet & Spicy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 pound pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1/2 inch pieces
2 teaspoons dried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
dash of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey

Directions
In a small bowl, combine tarragon, thyme, peppers, and salt. Brush both sides of the pork with butter; sprinkle both sides with seasoning. Place tenderloin on broiler pan; broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat for 2 minutes per side. Brush top of each piece with honey. Broil for 1 more minute.
