Pork Tenderloins

Ingredients
2 pork tenderloins, 3/4 of a pound each
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
In
a large zip-lock bag, combine lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
oregano and parsley. Add the pork tenderloins; coat each
tenderloin well. Zip the bag and put in the refrigerator
for at least 20 minutes. Turn once during this time.
In a small bowl,
combine remaining oregano, parsley, olive oil, salt and
pepper. Remove pork from bag; rub herb mixture all over
the pork.
Grill tenderloins
on a medium grill for 20 minutes or until they have browned
on the outside and reached an internal temperature of 160
degrees. After the tenderloins are done, slice thinly and
serve.
