Lamb Chops With Plum Marinade

4)
Ingredients
4 lamb chops, 3/4 inch
thick
Marinade:
1/2 cup plum preserves
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a small bowl
combine all marinade ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup for grilling.
Place chops in a zip lock bag and remaining marinade; coat
chops well. Refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours; turning several
times.
Prepare grill.
Place chops on medium hot grill and discard marinade. Grill
12 minutes for rare; brush chops with reserved marinade
during the last 5 minutes.
