Fajita Burritos
(serves 4-6)
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds sirloin or round steak, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 avocado, sliced
1/2 cup sour cream
dozen flour tortillas
Directions
Place thin sliced beef in slow cooker; top with onion and bell
pepper. Add chili powder, cumin, and salt. Cook on low 6 hours.
Spoon fajita mixture on warm tortilla, top with sour cream and
avocado.
