Beef
(serves 4)
Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds stew beef
1 cup burgundy wine
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 large can mushrooms
Directions
Mix all ingredients together; place in a large casserole
dish. Cover and bake for 4 hours. Serve over hot rice.
