Blue Cheese
Burgers
Ingredients
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1/2 tablespoon oregano
4 ounces blue cheese
Directions
In a large bowl,
mix ground beef, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and oregano together.
Separate ground beef into 4 portions, then separate each portion
into 2 and make into patties (leaving you with 8 thin patties.)
On four of the patties place equal amounts of the blue cheese
in the center and top each with remaining patties, and press around
the edges so that the cheese will not come out.
Grill to desired doneness.
Top each burger with blue cheese dressing, lettuce and a slice
of fresh summer tomato.
