Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
1 pound round steak, cut up
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion(s), chopped
1 package onion soup mix - dry
1 can mushrooms, sliced and drained
3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
dash pepper
8 ounces sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine mushroom soup, onion, mushrooms,
onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Place round
steak in baking pan and pour soup mixture over the top. Bake for
1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat from the
pan and stir in sour cream. Serve over egg noodles.
