Ingredients
1 pound lean gr. turkey
Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey (lean)
1 chopped onion
2 small grated zucchini
3 garlic cloves, grated
3/4 cup ketchup
1 egg white
1/2 cup quick oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper
Directions
Mix all above ingredients into
small microwavable bundt pan. Cover lightly with ketchup
& sprinkle with parsley flakes on top. Do not cover.
Microwave on high (I use a 1,000 watt microwave) for 24-26
minutes. Let cool before cutting in wedges. This is a low-fat
recipe. Enjoy!
