Tuna

(serves 4)
Ingredients
2 cans of chunky tuna in brine, drained.
4 cups of milk
1/3 stick of butter
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 cups shredded tasty or mozzarella cheese.
2 tablespoons flour
Directions
In large saucepan melt butter. Do not let boil. Add flour
and make thick paste. Add milk and keep stirring until mixed
well. Add tuna and again mix well. Allow mix to simmer before
transferring into casserole dish. Then sprinkle shredded
cheese and top with breadcrumbs. Repeat again and place
mixture in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes at 400-425 degrees
or until cheese has melted and breadcrumbs have turned golden
brown.
