Red Snapper With Mustard
(Serves 4)
Ingredients
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
4 red snapper fillets
Directions
Spray cold grill with nonstick spray. Prepare grill. In
a small bowl, combine mustard, vinegar, and red pepper.
Coat fillets with mixture.
Grill over medium heat for
about 4 minutes per side.
