Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
marinade overnight or all day in :
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
6 cloves of garlic. (crushed and chopped)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
salt and touch of cayenne pepper (to taste)
Directions
Place chicken and marinade on baking sheet and bake at 350
degrees for 35-40 minutes. Garnish with a sprig of parsley
or oregano. This is great over a bed of basamati rice.
