Ingredients
1 1/2 pound of fish
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
Directions
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, and garlic; add
fish. Marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. Grill until fish flakes.
