Chicken Hot Dish
(serves 8)

Ingredients
20 oz. package broccoli and cauliflower, thawed
12 slices of Velveeta cheese
3 cups cooked chicken
4 tablespoons chicken broth or milk
1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. Chicken flavored stove top dressing, made according to directions

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

This is a layered dish. Start with a greased 13x9 baking pan and add a layer at a time, as follows: broccoli and cauliflower, cheese slices, chicken, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cover with stuffing mix.

Bake for 45 minutes.
