Chicken
& Potatoes
Ingredients
1- 3 LB fryer cut up
4 carrots peeled and cut in chunks
6 large potatoes peeled and cut up
2 stalks of celery cut up
1 large onion cut up
parsley
salt and pepper
1 bay leaf
oil
Directions
Rinse chicken and place in baking pan. Add the rest of ingredients
and mix with hands. Cover with foil. Put pan in a 375 degree
oven for about 1 hr and 15 min. Take foil off and brown.
*You can turn the oven up to
broil for the browning part, but keep an eye on it.
