Cajun Wings
Ingredients
8 oz container plain yogurt
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons ground red pepper
1/2 cup oleo, melted
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
18 chicken wings (3 pounds) cleaned, tips removed
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, stir yogurt and hot pepper
sauce until smooth. In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, ground
red pepper, salt and thyme. Dip chicken wings into yogurt mixture;
then toss in flour mixture to coat. Arrange chicken wings in single
layer in 1 pound roasting pan; drizzle with melted butter. Bake
wings 35 minutes or until fork tender and coating is browned.
