Bacon Wrapped Chicken Fingers
Ingredients
12 Chicken Tenderloins
12 Strips of Maple Flavored Bacon
1 cup of Milk
1 small can of crushed pineapple
1 envelope of onion soup mix
Salt, Pepper and Garlic to taste
Directions
Preheat
oven to 500 degrees.
Place
chicken in bowl and pour milk over chicken. Add crushed
pineapple, onion soup mix, salt, pepper and garlic to chicken
and milk. Mix thoroughly. Let stand for two minutes. Remove
each tenderloin, wrap with bacon and place in oiled pan.
Pour remaining liquid over chicken. Add cherries or cranberries
for color and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
