Royal Cranberry
Punch
(makes 24 servings)
Ingredients
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spiced
2 8 ounce cans of jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 12 ounce can of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
Directions
Mix brown sugar, pumpkin spice, and 1 cup water in a Dutch oven.
Heat to boiling over high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and
stir until sugar is dissolved; remove from heat. Stir in cranberry
sauce until well blended. Stir in remaining water, lemon juice,
and orange juice concentrate. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer
uncovered 5 minutes. Serve hot.
