Power Berry
Smoothie
(serves 2)
Ingredients
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 8 ounce container of vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup uncooked oats
1 cup ice cubes
sugar to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients except ice in blender. Cover and blend on
high for
2 minutes or until smooth. Gradually add ice cubes; blend on high
until
smooth. Serve immediately.
