Irish Coffee
(serves 1)
Ingredients
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 fluid ounces Irish whisky
hot strong coffee
cream
Directions
In a warm tall steamed glass, add sugar and whiskey.
Fill 2/3 of the glass with coffee. Stir briefly and carefully
add cream, pouring it over the back of the spoon so that it floats
on the surface. Do not mix the cream into the coffee and whiskey.
