Ingredients
13 ounces of pink salmon, drained
8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
juice of one lemon
1/4 cup sour cream
3 to 4 gherkins, chopped
1 tablespoons chives, chopped
fresh ground pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Process
until the mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
