Mushroom Dip
Ingredients
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons bacon drippings
8 ounces mushrooms, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon pepper
8 ounces cream cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
In the skillet that you cooked the bacon, add bacon drippings,
mushrooms, onions, garlic and saute until liquid evaporates.
Stir in flour and pepper; mix well. Add cream cheese, Worcestershire
sauce and soy sauce; continue to cook until cheese is melted.
Blend in sour cream, lemon juice and bacon; cook until heated
through. Serve with crackers.
