Ingredients
2 cups balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
2 cup olive oil
Directions
Add all of the ingredients except for the oil and whisk well;
add the oil and whisk. Pour the mixture over to cover the chicken
you are using in a glass bowl. Refrigerate overnight, stirring
the marinade and turning chicken several times. May be grilled
or broiled, basting often with marinade.
