Ingredients
2 1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
3 bay leaf
2 garlic clove, minced
1 onion, large, chopped
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Combine, add meat and chill 12 to 24 hours before cooking.
Makes enough for a 4-5 pound roast or brisket.
