Zabaglione
Tarts
(makes 6 tarts)
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Marsala wine
1 small package of instant vanilla pudding
6 graham cracker crust tarts
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
18 strawberries, hulled and halved
Directions
In a large
bowl, add milk, pudding, and wine; mix on low until well
mixed and slightly thickened. Fold in whipped topping. Pour
evenly into tart shells. Garnish with strawberries.
*If you what to
make this low fat, replace the regular milk with skim milk
and the regular pudding with sugar free pudding. This low
fat version only has 5 grams of fat per tart.
