Scalloped
Pineapple
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs beaten
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices of cubed white bread
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together butter and sugar;
add eggs, mix well. Fold in pineapple and bread cubes. Bake
in a greased baking pan until golden brown.
