Lemon Zabaglione
(serves 4)

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Marsala
8 almond cookies (optional)
strawberries (optional)

Directions
In a heatproof bowl, beat egg yolks and sugar together with a wire whisk until light and creamy. Add wine, lemon juice, and Marsala; whisk until combined.

Place the heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until the mixture thickens.

Spoon into serving glasses and serve with almond cookies and strawberries.
