Ingredients
1 quart good vanilla
ice cream, softened slightly
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
honey or chocolate sauce
whipped cream
Directions
Combine corn
flake crumbs, sugar and cinnamon in a shallow pan. With
any ice cream scoop, make 6 ice cream balls. Roll ice cream
balls in sugared crumbs; place on a cookie sheet lined with
waxed paper. Freeze for 5 hours. Five minutes before serving
take ice cream out of freezer. Place each ice cream ball
on a serving plate and garnish with honey or chocolate and
whipped cream.
