Flan de Queso

Ingredients
6 eggs
1- 8 ounce cream cheese
1- 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1- 12 ounce can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar

Directions
In a medium saucepan over high flame, melt sugar. Lower flame, mixing constantly until golden brown. Quickly pour into custard molds.

Soften cream cheese until smooth; add condensed milk a little at a time, mixing well. Add evaporated milk, mixing slowly and blending well. Add eggs one at a time.

Pour mixture into molds. Place molds in a large baking pan in about 1 inch of water. Bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees, then for 45 minutes at 325 minutes. A tester should come out clean when done.

Loosen custard with knife and place on a dessert plate. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
