Ingredients
1-12
ounce bag of milk chocolate morsels
1 tablespoon of shortening
24 large strawberries
Directions
Wash
and dry strawberries. In a double boiler, melt chocolate; add
shortening and mix well. Place waxed paper on a cookie sheet close
to the chocolate. Hold the strawberry by the stem and carefully
dip into the melted chocolate; place on cookie sheet and repeat
till strawberries and chocolate are gone. Put the tray of berries
in the refrigerator to harden. Take strawberries out of the fridge
at least 1/2 hour before serving.
