(makes 4 dozen)
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
1/4 teaspoon salt
Powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, mix butter, 1/2
of the powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and
nuts. Shape dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Remove hot cookies from pan and
put into bowl of powdered sugar. Roll cookies in powdered
sugar. Cool on wire racks.
