Sour Cream
Cheese Cake
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shortbread cookie crumbs
2 tablespoons butter
3-8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
1-14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1-8 ounce container of sour cream
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cookie crumbs and butter;
press firmly down in the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. In
a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat
in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in eggs, then sour
cream and vanilla. Pour into spring form pan. Bake for 50 to 55
minutes or until golden brown around edge and slightly soft in
the middle. Cool. Chill. Just before serving remove sides from
pan and garnish with cherry pie filling.
