Apple Cake
Ingredients
4 cups apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
In a large bowl, break eggs
over apples. Mix with fork and add sugar and dry ingredients.
Add oil, vanilla and nuts. Fold gently until blended. Spoon
into a 13x9 greased and floured baking pan. Bake for 1 hour
or until tester comes out clean.
